Bring Sexy Back in 5 Minutes! AKA: GMYMO with David Kirsch and LookTV

So... Having a strong back is important for everybody, but if you're like me and happen to be a bit top heavy (cough *understatement* cough), having a strong back is a necessity. David Kirsch to the rescue!
