Shop AND Do Good During BCA Month with Goodshop!
October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, and many of your readers are likely looking for ways to support the cause. Here’s a suggestion about how they can do just that-- it’s a unique way that has double the impact!
It’s all possible at Goodshop.com, an online shopping site and iOS app that partners with thousands of stores to donate a percentage of shoppers’ purchases towards a cause of their choice. Goodshop and its sister sites have donated more than $11 million to date.

Make It A #SmoothSummer with Gillette Fusion Proglide Razors!
This shop has been compensated by Collective Bias, Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone.
I don't know about other women, but I personally prefer a well groomed man! Gillette Fusion ProGlide helps your man get that close, clean shave so that you both can enjoy a #SmoothSummer !

Shop Like a Fashion Editor at F21!
This holiday, Forever 21 partnered with four Condé Nast Editors from Glamour, Teen Vogue, W and Details to select the season's best looks.
Participating editors included Laurel Pantin, Glamour's Associate Shopping and Accessories Editor; Mary Kate Steinmiller, Teen Vogue's Senior Fashion Market Editor; Lindsey Frugier, W's Market Editor; and Justin Berkowitz, Details' Market Editor.
Each editor's picks will be featured in 480 Forever 21 stores across the U.S. through the holidays.
Forever 21 will also be selling one-year subscription cards for each title in stores and online. W and Glamour will be sold for $12.00 (1 year/12 issues), and Details and Teen Vogue will be sold for $8.00 (1 year/10 issues).
Will you be shopping the Editor's List at Forever 21? Leave a comment below and let me know what you think about this genius (IMHO) collaboration! Until next time...

Go Shop Now! AKA Nordstrom's Half Yearly Sale is Going On Now!
In case you missed it, I recently posted about my love for the cosmetic department at my local Nordies (here). Nordstrom is quickly becoming my favorite shopping destination, both on line and in store. Shipping is always free (I'm a sucker for free shipping), returns and exchanges are as easy as can be, and customer service is always stellar.
Don't miss out on all the great deals on women's and children's merchandise during their Half Yearly Sale! (Click the picture below to be directed right to the sale...)
PS- The post contains affiliate links (ie- Mama Fashionista will receive a commission if you choose to click through a make a purchase).

Breaking Through the Glass Ceiling
I got a promotion! Well actually I'm running my first promotion, thanks to Shelly of Go-Girl. I'm so excited! As should you be, because for a limited time (from Thursday, October 8 through Sunday, October 11) readers of Mama Fashionista will receive 15% off their entire purchase from www.shopgogirl.com!
Go Girl products take care of those little details that can ruin an entire look: stray hairs on your shirt from that last minute comb through, deodorant marks on your LBD, and the embarrassment of realizing everyone around you knows that you're cold (that can divert attention away from even the most spectacular ensemble). And even the media has noticed that Go Girl should be in every woman's purse, overnight bag, and carry on luggage. Kelly Ripa is a fan of the Lint Sheets, the CHIC double sided tape strips were showcased on the #6 feature of E! Networks Daily 10, and the Smudge Sponge has been featured on The Insider, The TV Guide Network, and on MyStyle.com.
My personal favorites: VaVa-Voom- reusable silicone nipple covers (because my boobs draw enough attention even when they're not "perky"), the Heal-A-Heel moisture socks (because even the fiercest pair of slingbacks look ugly with cracked heels and dry feet), and Oily-Doily blotting sheets (perfect for taking care of an afternoon case of shiny face and touching up make up applications). And if you can't decide what to try, there's No Worries! a totally adorable portable kit with CHIC tape strips, a pair of Bug'N Out disposable nipple covers, a Smudge Sponge, travel size toothbrush, and mini toothpaste.
Can you see why I'm excited! My first promotion is not for some lame company with stuff that no one can really see the need for. It's for necessities no fashionista should ever be without! Visit www.shopgogirl.com and enter the promo code "GOGIRL" for your 15% discount. Happy Shopping! Til next time...
(Oh and don't forget, the discount is only good through Sunday, so hurry!)
Fashion Forever...

(FYI-This is NOT a paid advertisement/endorsement. I have not received anything free from Go-Girl. Just so you know... So there, FTC! : p )
