Why I Love Jewelry And Accessories
Style is important for me. I want to look good, and I want to feel good wearing what I wear. Even if I’m not happy with my body shape, I know how to dress for it. I can make it look good, and my reflection makes me look good. Your body shape may be built for certain cuts and shapes of skirts and tops, and you should go with that. But if you’re worried your style could get boring, don’t be. Here’s how to accessorize to maximize your look:

Support BCA With the Wear and Share Pink Collection from Isabelle GraceJewelry
Confession: this is the 3rd {or possibly 4th} time I've attempted to write this post. I've had a hard time with it because it hits particularly close to home for me right now: my mother is currently battling breast cancer. Originally, I wanted to get personal with this post and share what we're going through with this, but I just can't. This is my first public declaration/acknowledgement of my mother's illness and it was hard enough just to do that. So please just know that though this is merely a piece of jewelry, what it stands for means a lot to me {and you'll notice that it is the only BCA post I've chosen to share}. Rose Gold Hammered Bar Necklace {pictured above} sent for review consideration...

Don't Let Your Jewelry Make You Sick! Jewelry Hygiene and the AquaSonic Wave
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) estimates that each year 76 million people get sick, more than 300,000 are hospitalized, and 5,000 Americans die as a result of foodborne illnesses alone. When factoring in the cases of illness from viruses and flu related sickness, these numbers grow exponentially. From constant hand washing and sanitizing to flu shots, the American public goes to great lengths to avoid getting sick. Even with all of these preventative measures, there is a major source of bacteria that people wear on their bodies every day that has been completely overlooked until now: jewelry.
I'm not gonna lie, when I received this press release, my first instinct was to pass it by, but then I noticed that the image they used to illustrate their point looks just like the primary setting on my engagement ring. So it piqued my interest and I decided to share!

"Celebrate Life, Beautifully" with Isabelle Grace Jewelry
My beautiful "Bloom Necklace" c/o Isabelle Grace |
I'd leave the house sans makeup before I left without jewelry! I have to have at least one pair of earrings on {though I prefer to be wearing two pairs; I have three piercings in both ears and my cartilage pierced in one of them}, my wedding ring, and a necklace. Without those three components, I might as well be naked. I keep it fairly simple when it comes to my earrings {especially since I'm usually wearing multiples} and my wedding ring is what it is, but when it comes to the necklaces I wear, I like for them to have meaning. So Isabelle Grace Jewelry is a great option for ladies like me who not only want their jewelry to be unique, but want it to mean something too.
