Fab Five Favorite: Highlighters!

Once upon a time, I didn't understand the importance of blush - it's amazing how a little hint of color on the cheeks can liven up you face and really bring a look together! I listed some of my favorite blushes here, but fairly recently I've had a new revelation - highlighters/illuminators are a must too! I little bit of subtle shimmer in all the right places {generally where ever light would naturally hit you; ie, the upper cheeks, right above your brows, the bridge of your nose, cupids bow, and chin} can change the dimensions of your face and give you a covetable glow. I first discussed Eden BodyWorks last summer when I reviewed their Jojoba Monoi line, and it has since become a staple in my house {along with the Peppermint Tea Tree Oil line}. Fab Five Fridays: Mama Mio Favorites

Though I have a real interest in taking care of the skin on my face, honestly I tend to neglect the rest of my body. Don't get me wrong, I make sure I'm clean and moisturized all over, but I pretty much tend to the basics when it comes to the skin that's not on my face. I think it may be because carrying 3 babies was not exactly kind to my skin and I feel that topical measures won't really do much to improve it's state so I've just given up. Lately my overall attitude about health, fitness and maintenance has improved for the better, including a more intensive look at how I take care of myself from head to toe, inside and out. Just in time for my "system overhaul" I got the opportunity to try some specially targeted body products from the international skincare brand, Mama Mio. I already have a great impression of the brand based on their Eye Know Eye Serum {which I reviewed here}, but these products have giving me even more reason to love the brand {and my body}!

This Fab Five Friday, I wanted to spotlight a brand you don't see very much about. Atopalm is an internationally renowned skin care brand, that has your skin care needs covered from head to toe! I've had the chance to review quite a few items from Atopalm, but I just found out that a lot of their products are now available at my beloved Target, so now that they are a bit more accessible, I thought it was the perfect time to share a few of my favorites from the brand.
