London started kindergarten this year and I wanted to make sure that she embarked on her academic career with all the confidence and style she could muster. I have to admit, I was a bit anxious about her getting adjusted to a new routine away from me and our home. One of the things that I was worried about was lunch time: how could I make sure that she made good decisions with her food, both with her selection and her portion control {with her, it's more about eating enough that overeating}.
