Some people are determined to stay within a certain postcode, and while we don’t judge, sometimes moving a street or two away from your chosen area can open up more options. Opening up the potential places to live also means that you have more options. New developments might have offers such as help with the down payment or having a house that needs nothing to fix when you move in. Look outside your chosen area and see if there is anything that pops up, you might be surprised by the options that are available in other areas.
