It simply means to look sexy and fabulous even when you’re pushing forty. But, contrary to what the media suggests, this isn’t easy. In fact, it can be incredibly difficult to be a yummy mummy, keeping your figure and looking attractive. Here are some of the roadblocks that are stopping you from achieving your body image goals.
No ‘Me’ Time
You might have read somewhere that it’s possible to get in shape and look absolutely fabulous without exercising. This is absolute nonsense. If you want a toned tum or to beat the effects of gravity, you definitely need to make sure that you are working out. Of course, this means that you need to find time to fit in that exercise routine. And again, that’s not easy. In fact, getting your exercise squeezed into a busy mum schedule can be downright impossible. That’s why you need to make sure that you are taking some ‘me’ time each day. Me time will allow you to get the exercise you need. One hour a day should do the trick.

Of course, if you’re still struggling to work off those pounds, you do want to think about adding exercise to your daily routine. One of the ways you can do this is by walking or cycling to work. You’ll soon burn off the calories if you do that.
Wrong Dieting Technique
