What's the one scent that immediately reminds you of a tropical vacation? Answer: Coconut. Just the thought of coconuts bring me to my happy place; a beach with a piƱa colada in hand and the sound of the ocean waves hitting the sand on repeat in the background.
Unfortunately, not everyone is lucky enough to live the tropical life every day so on those days we are stuck at work and need a mental break, a little spritz of one of the coconut-infused fragrances below will instantly transport you back to a getaway island. {Product provided for review/feature consideration}

Virgin Island Water by Creed ($158.99 (1 OZ)) - A casual fragrance that was inspired by the exotic aroma and tropical splendor of the Caribbean. It's filled with notes of mandarin orange, bergamot, tonkin musk, herbs, jasmine, ylang-ylang, wood, coconut and lime.
Miami Glow by Jennifer Lopez ($49.99) - When you think about this fragrance, think about palm trees, warm beaches, and passionate salsa dancing. It's notes include pink grapefruit, coconut water, passion fruit, heliotrope, sheer amber, crystal musk, vanilla orchid and blonde woods.
I've been a fan of Versace Crystal Noir for a while now, I was gifted a bottle of the EDT about a year and a half ago and it is one of my all time favorite fragrances - especially for the fall and winter. The EDP steps it up quite a few notches and I'm quite astonished at how different, yet similar the two are. Virgin Island Water by Creed became the closest thing that I can get to a signature scent {for the summer at least} the moment I first smelled it! It is so divine - the perfect mix of masculine and feminine, light and fresh {thanks in large part to the coconut no doubt}, and wholly unforgettable. What are your favorite summer time scents? Are you as big a fan of coconut as I? Inquiring minds want to know! Leave a comment below and let me know what you think! Until next time...
