L’OCCITANE Limited Edition Shea Butter Melting Honey Collection!

This fall, L’OCCITANE presents the Shea Butter Honey Collection, a limited edition sampling of body care products uniting two rich ingredients from two regions of the world – lavender honey from Monsieur Molle’s cooperative, and our prized shea butter from Burkina Faso. During the summer months, on a small, private honey cooperative in the Rhône region of France, beekeeper Monsieur Molle produces a rare, organic blend of lavender and honey, prized for its exceptional quality. Traveling between the famous lavender fields of Provence and Molle’s farm, a colony of bees infuse the aromatic, calming properties of lavender into their nectar, creating honey of a delectable, unparalleled superiority. Now this exquisite delight has found its way into some of my favorite L'Occitane products: 

• Shea Butter Honey Exfoliating Sugar ($28) – enriched with 5% shea butter, this body scrub contains real sugar crystals and ground walnut shells to gently and effectively exfoliate the skin. Helping to remove dead cells, skin is left feeling silky smooth and scented of delicious honey.

• Shea Butter Honey Hand Cream ($12) – enhanced with a unique whipped texture for an easy application, this rich hand cream is formulated with 25% shea butter to soften and protect dry, tired hands.

• Shea Butter Honey Soft Shower Gel ($20) – with a golden hue, this silky shower gel gently cleanses the skin, leaving it refreshed, supple and comfortable. 

• Shea Butter Honey Lip Balm ($12; not pictured) – formulated with 5% shea butter and a dash of honey, this luscious balm leaves lips nourished, ultra-soft and lightly-scented.

• Shea Butter Honey Ultra Soft Body Cream ($26) – formulated with 10% shea butter and skin-

softening honey, this cream has a rich, yet light-weight texture to moisturize, nourish, and protect, leaving skin delicately perfumed of honey.

Also available in this delectable scent, is the annual Solidarity Soap ($3). 100% of the profits from the sales will finance NGOs like Sight Savers, Light for the World, Vision Aid Overseas, Medicus Mundi,  and others working on eye health projects in developing countries.
