Fab Five Friday: Facial Moisturizers

If you couldn't tell from my posts lately, this winter I'm all about MOISTURE MOISTURE MOISTURE! Winter is NOT the time to skimp on moisturizer! Regardless of whether you have sensitive, normal, or oily skin, proper hydration is a must to keep it in tip top shape. Here are five FANTASTIC moisturizers to consider adding  to your beauty routine - all tried and tested by me, guaranteed to keep your skin smooth, plump, and hydrated no matter the season! {Products sent for review consideration}

Looking for that effortless everyday protection? Zensation Super Nourishing Cream SPF 50 ($85.00) shields, hydrates, and nourishes your complexion with intensely moisturizing botanicals and marine extracts. This is my jam when I know I won't be doing much more than walking to the bus stop. It makes my skin bright and protects it from the UV rays. 

 

Biotherm Aquasource Deep Hydration Replenishing Gel for Normal/Combination Skin ($39) is a mouthful to say, but an absolute delight on the skin! I HIGHLY recommend this if you have oily skin and are wary of using heavy/cream moisturizers. Developed with Life Plankton Cellular Water, its unprecedented performance-enhancing texture forms a protective shield that envelopes your skin, trapping in vital ingredients that keep it hydrated for a record-breaking 48 hours.The formula is light and refreshing and contains no paraben preservatives or mineral oils. 

Amarte Aqua Veil Hydrator ($65) is a cucumber-infused, ultra-light serum that optimizes hydration by releasing droplets of pure H²0 onto the skin to form a protective veil. A skin toner and serum in one, this unique moisturizer gives skin a silky, youthful radiance. This product is MAGNIFICENT! I may be overselling it a bit {though I don't think so}, but I LOVE this potion. I use it on my lazy girl nights, when I don't feel like spending forever on my skin care routine, but I still really want to take care of my skin. I can literally just wash my face then put this on while it's still damp and be done, but from the way my skin looks and feels, you would think that I went through the whole shebang.

Lumene Excellent Future Dual Boost Age-Defying and Repairing Night Cream ($29.99) combats signs of aging and reduces the depth of already-formed wrinkles. Formulated with Peat Extract to improve skin’s elasticity, and Panthenol and Vitamin E to keep skin soft, supple and moisturized, it helps skin maintain its youthful appearance. Now, I'm not gonna lie, I'm not really dealing with signs of aging yet, but I don't want to any time soon, so I use this ultra-conditioning cream as a preventative measure.
