Disclaimer: I am not a nail blogger or professional (so sometimes I color outside of the lines and my cuticles look a bit ragged). I am merely a girl who LOVES nail polish!
Cookies and Gold was given this creative description: "If your sweet tooth includes a taste for the finer things in life, you'll love this creamy white nail lacquer that is dripping with prismatic gem sprinkles.." Cookies and Gold has white base with multi-sized purple, fuchsia, gold, blue and white glitter. I used two coats {one thin and one thick one to get the glitter placement like I wanted} on top of two coats of Sally Hansen Triple Shine in Great White {a sheer, pearlescent white}. I had originally planned to leave my ring finger plain {without Cookies and Gold}, sort of like a reverse accent nail, but I could not resist coating my fingers in this unique, glittery goodness. It gives your nails the crisp, coolness of a white mani, with the added funk of colorful glitter! I just love it!
This completes the Black Market Collection, and it has truly been my fave collection yet from them! I would try a color and think it was my favorite, but then the next one would totally win over my heart. If I had to rank them, I think I'd go: Emerald Bay, Cookies and Gold, Prized Possessions, and the Bullion in a Bottle. But I heard from a little birdie that the next collection from NCLA is going to be all about holo, so I'm super stoked for that! What are you wearing this Mani Monday? I really want to know! Leave a comment below and let me know what's on your tips! Until next time...
