Lotus Santal is a lulling hush that smoothes the rhythms of the day, embracing you in a silence that grounds, calms, focuses. Lotus blossom, a symbol of peace and enlightenment, calms your skin while amaranth seed restores smoothness and turmeric helps purify. Hand-touched embellishments and a tempting tranquil fragrance make Lotus Santal a perfect collection to give—or savor.
Sultry floral notes of cocoa orchid and red lotus swirl through layers of exotic plum wood, patchouli, and spicy touches of clove bud. Creamy amber and sandalwood create a warm intoxicating finish.
Thymes Lotus Santal Body Lotion |
I received the luscious body lotion to review and was so enraptured by its warm hug, I had to feature a range of products utilizing the scent. And no wonder I had such a reaction to this second scent/product I've tried from the brand {I featured the first here}, according to their website, the Minneapolis based company is dedicated to "enhancing the quality of your daily life through the transformative power of fragrance."
Thymes Lotus Santal Collection ranges in price from $5 {for a satchel of bath salts} to $33 {for the cologne, featured in the collage}. The body lotion that I tried {$25 at thymes.com} is enriched with nourishing shea butter, softening olive-derived squalane and humectant glycerin to moisturize dry skin. Putting it on is literally like engulfing yourself in a warm, cozy sweater.
What are your favorite fall scents {besides the seemingly requisite obsession with pumpkin}? My inquiring mind wants to know! Leave a comment below and let me know what you think! Until next time...
Wow! You write so beautifully! I love the smell of burning leaves and hot Pumpkin Spice Lattes! As far as beauty products go, I really love Soap & Glory's Righteous Butter - the scent is divine and the super hydrating formula is great for the drier months. The packaging on the Thymes products are SO pretty! I must check them out! :)
