No more one polish manicure this week! Lol. I thought I'd try to coax myself into the spirit of all things fall that everyone else seems to be obsessed with {I mean, everything is pumpkin this and pumpkin that, and don't even get me started on the Halloween stuff making an appearance already}, by going for some warmer shades this go 'round.
I used Sinful Colors nail polish in Rain Storm (a beautiful, dusky blue creme) as the base and for my accent nails I used a coat of Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in Copper Penny (a mix of micro and small copper colored round glitters in a thin clear base), topped with Orly's Watch It Glitter (a mix of bronze, small and medium sized, hex shaped glitters in a thick clear base). I initially intended to do the accent nails without the blue base, but I got so carried away {and probably a bit distracted} with how well Rain Storm applied, that I forgot to skip those nails.
I literally took this picture as soon as they dried, because I knew that I had to hand wash the dishes later on. Awesome news for me {and my swatching hand} though, we're having a brand new dishwasher installed on Wednesday!!!! Yay! And it couldn't be happening at a better time: I just received NCLA's latest collection, North of Sunset! So stay tuned for posts regarding those pretties. What are you wearing this Mani Monday?
