Nourish and protect even the most sun-ravaged skin with Orico Superico Omega Rich Body Oil {sent for review}. This rich oil is great for all skin types and contains a natural blend of super seed oils: like flax seed, rosehip and vitamin E. It's completely non greasy and easily absorbs into the skin without leaving behind a sticky residue. Bonus: since it's blended with lavender and multiple essential oils, not only does it soothe dry skin, it relaxes your mind and uplifts your spirits as you get back into your daily routine.

For Your Hair:

According to hair and scalp expert Philip B, “The key to undoing months, of sun damage is a simple weekly oil treatment.” Here are his tips to help turn your dry sun damaged hair into gorgeous flowing locks with 4 simple steps:

Step 1: Apply Rejuvenating Hair Oil to dry hair

-Finessing a small amount of a nut or plant based oil directly onto dry strands will instantly make hair look more alive with shine and softness.

TIP: Never apply oil to wet hair. Wet hair will reject the oil making it impossible to absorb into the hair shaft.

Step 2: Heat hair with a blow dryer on medium heat

-Using your fingertips, massage the oil throughout the dry strands from root to tip.

TIP: Concentrate on working the oil into the ends of your hair since it’s harder for the natural oils produced by your scalp to reach the ends.

Step 3: Apply a quarter sized amount of the Peppermint Avocado Shampoo {sent for review} into hair

TIP: do not rinse the oil out before shampooing. The oil and shampoo will work together to repair the driest strands.

-add a little water, work into a lather and rinse with warm water.

Step 4: Work a small amount of the Light-Weight Deep Conditioning Crème Rinse throughout hair

TIP: a light conditioner will seal the hair cuticle and lock in the oil without leaving hair greasy or heavy

Summer TIP: Apply Rejuvenating Oil to hair before a day at the beach or pool and follow steps 3 and 4 for a super soft blowout at night
