NCLA Sweet Revenge Collection: Mostly Cloudy With a Chance of Sprinkles

NCLA Mostly Cloudy With a Chance of Sprinkles

NCLA's latest collection, Sweet Revenge, is inspired by a day at the carnival. This lacquer is called Mostly Cloudy With a Chance of Sprinkles {sent for review}and is truly unlike anything I have in my collection.

Mostly Cloudy With a Chance of Sprinkles  is described as a "light blue lacquer has a dark side: navy glitter." It's an incredible baby/robin's egg creme blue, and it was fully opaque with one coat {though I needed to use two because of some slight streakiness}.  I think robin's egg is the best way to describe the way this polished looks, the small round navy glitter really gives it a truly unique and fun look.  

All NCLA lacquers are five free: never tested on animals, free of formaldehyde, DBP, Camphor, and Toluene. They retail for $16 a piece and are available at shopncla.com.
