From Left to Right: Racy Red, Berry Smooch, and Deep Orchid |
Confession: I may love lip balms and glosses, but I'm not real big on lipsticks. It's probably a combination of the fact that I often forget to reapply them once I leave the house and usually resort to layering on either a balm or gloss {basically because you don't need a mirror for that}, plus the fact that my hubby doesn't seem to be a huge fan of lipstick {I'm affectionate and I think he cringes at the thought of being plastered in lipstick kisses}. However, now that I've tried Avon's Totally Kissable Lipstick, I may be a lipstick convert AND he's a fan too!
Avon Totally Kissable lipcolor is infused with fruit enzymes and a blend of avocado and coconut oils, and provides full-coverage conditioning color for lips that are visibly fuller, softer and smoother. The formula glides on as smooth and shiny as a gloss and feels super moisturizing on. I was quite shocked at its staying power {when I tested them, they stayed on all day, even with normal eating and drinking, with minimal wear}. I got to test 3 gorgeous shades: Racy Red (a deep, maroon red creme), Berry Smooch (a vibrant, blue based pink creme), and Deep Orchid (a deep, purple berry creme, and my favorite of the 3).

I think the biggest surprise in trying these lipsticks was not only the comfort of wear {they really do feel more like glosses than lipsticks}, but the fact that my uber picky hubby liked all three colors! Usually he balks at reds and darker or vibrant shades {he prefers sheer washes of color on me}, but he actually said that each of these looked very pretty on me-and trust me, he doesn't pass out compliments easily. So Avon Totally Kissable Lipstick is definitely a winner for me {and now I may need to take another look at lipsticks}!
All of these shades look absolutely beautiful on you! I'm super pale, so I tend to stick to nude lipsticks {or very subtle pinks}. :)
