Forget Wood! The Fifth Anniversary Gift is Vince Camuto!

My king and I "celebrated" {it's in quotation marks, because we didn't exactly celebrate, as I was sick} fifth wedding anniversary earlier this month and he proved, once again, that he has impeccable taste {which is obvious, because he chose me as his wife!}

He was actually quite cute when he gave me the gorgeous Ila Tote by Vince Camuto. He got off of work early one day, a few days before our actual anniversary date to purchased it from our favorite department store, Nordstrom {they literally know us all by name at the Mall of Georgia location}. He surprised me when he came through the door with the large package and basically taunted me with it! I didn't want to peek into it-I wanted to wait until our anniversary that weekend to get my present. But he literally would not leave me alone until I agreed to open it up!

I was immediately taken with it's bright, vibrant red color, the gorgeous gold stud details, and the buttery softness of the leather. It's absolutely beautiful and another sign that he is so the right man for me-the bag is completely me, but it's totally not something that I would think to pick for myself. I love that he sees me and he gets me, without me having to explain it to him.

Another thing that I love about the Ila Tote by Vince Camuto, is the roomy interior {though I'm going to try my very best to not over pack this beauty} and the different compartments inside. Even the lining is chic! I told the hubby that I'm going to wait until I can find a few pouches to use with it so that I don't mess up the lining; I'll put all the contents of the purse into the different pouches so that nothing spills or stains to ruin it. Plus I figure that will make it easier to change purses when I'm so inclined.

So, do you think my king hit it out of the park? I sure do! He never fails to surprise me and impress me with his gift choices, for me and the girls. He's proof that I have great taste too! What's the best gift you've ever received or given? What is something that you are still hoping to receive from that special someone in your life? My inquiring mind wants to know! Leave a comment below and let me know what you think! Until next time...
