I Started an Obsession! AKA: Gifts For Guys from The Art of Shaving
Remember the Gift Guide a did a few days back geared towards the fellas? Well, I really started some what of an obsession for my father with that! I gave him the Art of Shaving Kit I featured in that post...
...and he literally can not stop talking about it! He is like walking, talking advertisement for the brand now-he even has people (though, not strangers I hope) feel how smooth his face is after using the set. He even volunteered to be my "guest reviewer" if I was ever able to get more product from The Art of Shaving. Now, for as long as I can remember, my father has been near impossible to shop for. He has an superb taste level, that he won't really compromise on, so even when my brothers and I were little, if we gave him a tie that was not up to that taste, he was not the type to put on an act to appease us (I guess you could say he kept it real). So while I smile and rave at every little thing that my children present to me (because in my mind, it's the thought that counts), we knew immediately if he didn't like a gift. So even now that I'm grown with my kids, it still means a lot to me when I can give my dad something that he genuinely loves. And he really, REALLY loves The Art of Shaving. He says I have now spoiled him for any other shave cream or method. So it is with complete and utter confidence that I recommend this brand and their fabulous gift sets for any woman to give to any man (but particularly those that have been difficult to shop for in the past as my dad was). Any of the sets are sure to be a big hit, but right now there are a few promotions being offered by P&G and The Art of Shaving and this is my favorite one...
This Full Size Shave Kit (MSRP $115) (as well as a variety of other ones) is available on The Art of Shaving's website with free ground shipping and $15 off your purchase, until 12/30/12 with Promo Code: "15offFSK" at checkout. And while the idea of the smell of Ocean Kelp sounds good to me, my father highly recommends the Lemon scent, and has made personal requests for the Sandalwood and Lavender versions as well.
Will you be taking advantage of this great offer from P&G and The Art of Shaving for a special guy in your life (lord knows I'm a sucker for a deal that includes free shipping)? Do you have a loved one that is notoriously difficult to shop for? My inquiring mind wants to know! Leave a comment below and let me know what you think. Until next time...
