A Stroll in the Park! AKA: An OOTD Post

We took advantage of the unseasonably warm weather and headed down to the park for a couples' photo shoot. It was an absolutely gorgeous day and we discovered so much in the park that we never noticed before. The hubby got incredible shots of the city and the girls, and attempted to get some good shots of me-and I've come to the conclusion that I need to drop a few more LBs before I'm comfortable in front of the camera (though I am making good progress on the weight loss front since I weaned the baby and am no longer constantly ravenous). Anyway, here are the shots of me (and the lil bits) that I did not veto...

I LOVE this dress! I got it as part of a Crowdtap Sample and Share (yep, I got it free!) with Old Navy, and I put it on every chance I get! I love that it's short, but not too short, and prefer wearing it without the leggings (from Target's Xhilaration line), but since we were going to the park and I'd be running around after the lil bits, I thought it'd be a good idea to add them. I'm super obsessed with these boots from RocketDog, but they actually belong to Pey! I literally do not own a pair of flat boots, but I'm on the hunt for a couple of awesome (affordable) pairs of my own. 

So that's that! I want to try to do more of these outfit of the day posts, and really, maybe that will be further encouragement for me to continue on this weight loss journey. It sucks to look in the mirror (or at pictures) and not be comfortable with what you see. But I have to remember that I do have the power to change it!
