I'm all about "smell goods," and I love bath and body products (really you should see my collection-I might be a tad bit obsessed), so I was excited to try LaLicious, though I had never heard of the brand before. I might be over stating things (but only slightly) when I say that this soap is LIFE CHANGING! After one use, I was sufficiently spoiled and looking at all other body washes in my collection in derision. Yeah, it really is THAT GOOD...

LaLicious Whipped Body Soap is sort of like a gel/cream hybrid-super thick and rich with a pretty pearlescent sheen. I used it with a pouf, so even though it is sulfate free, I did get a rich, luxurious lather of lusciously fragrant fluffy bubbles. It smells out of this world delicious. The label says "please, no tasting!' which at first glance may appear to be in jest, like a super cute, humorous marketing ploy, but really-it smells SO GOOD you may actually be tempted enough to taste it. It literally made me think "what in the world did they put in here to make it smell so good?" It filled my bathroom (and bedroom) with the scent of a mix of vanilla buttercream frosting and yellow cake batter; it made the whole room smell like the best bakery in the world EVER! As if that isn't enough, the soap left my skin feeling soft, smooth, and clean, with no residue at all but not tight and dry. I'm seriously hooked, which is saying a lot, because they retail at $18 for an 8 oz bottle, but I am determined to acquire EVERY scent.
