I Know What I'm Drinking This Weekend! Nuvo Sparkling Liqueur

Yay! We made it through another week, and for me that is always cause for celebration! I don't know about you, but the hubby and I usually kick our weekend off with a cocktail. In fact, he usually comes home every Friday with a little something something for us to sip on. But this week I surprised him (and boy, did he like it)!

Nuvo is the World's first Sparkling Liqueur, brought to you by the same minds behind Hypnotiq. What really struck me is the first impression the bottle gives, and no wonder, Nuvo  is marketed towards discerning female consumers. With that in mind, the bottles were designed to be reminiscent of a luxury perfume bottle!

Unlike other "girly" drinks, Nuvo Sparkling Liqueur packs a punch! Nuvo Lemon Sorbet is 25% alcohol but will give you a refreshing twist of sparkling French vodka and lemon citrus that explodes in your mouth. It's just like lemon sorbet...it's refreshing, cold, crisp, sweet & tangy but in a bottle. I'm not going to lie, the hubby was skeptical over whether he would like the drink, but after trying Lemon Sorbet, he wants to try Nuvo Classic,  a concoction made with premium French vodka and a touch of delicate sparkling white wine and infused with passion fruit nectar, even though it's pink!

Nuvo can be enjoyed straight or in a variety of mixed cocktails. While the hubby drank his straight, I experimented a bit, and combined mine with a couple of scoops of blood orange sorbet. 

It was the perfect thing to help me relax and unwind after a busy day of running errands in the Georgia sun with my girls! So delicious and refreshing; a great way to start the weekend off right with my man :)
